Our technicians are certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, which describes standards of care in all flooring restoration projects, including water extractions and carpet cleaning. Our company will oversee the salvage or replacement of your water-damaged floor covering from beginning to end, by:
- Assessing the extent and source of the damage
- Hauling away irreparable materials and isolating areas to be cleaned and dried
- Completing water extraction
- Sanitizing and deodorizing affected areas
- Setting up rental equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
- Regularly monitoring equipment before removing it at the project’s conclusion
We will do our best to address the problem before water damage sets in, but if it does, we would also be available for the repair and replacement of carpet and vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, and other types of flooring.
